Entertainment Purposes & Age Requirement

All services and teachings provided by Witch Bitch Tarot L.L.C. are for entertainment purposes only. No guarantees, certainties, or outcomes are implied or stated. You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase or participate in any services, sessions, or teachings. By using any service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

Professional Disclaimer

Tarot readings, astrology, numerology, classes, and spiritual teachings are not a substitute for professional legal, financial, medical, or psychiatric advice. You are encouraged to seek licensed professionals for such matters. Any actions or decisions you make following a session are made of your own free will and personal responsibility.

Limitation of Liability

You agree to release Kristin D. Ikerd, also known as Kristin D. Knox / Kristin Knox, and Witch Bitch Tarot L.L.C. from any and all liability related to the use or misuse of any information, guidance, teachings, products, or services provided. Witch Bitch Tarot L.L.C. assumes no responsibility for outcomes, losses, damages, or consequences resulting from client decisions.

All Sales Are Final

All purchases, including sessions, services, digital products, subscriptions, and classes, are final sale. No refunds, exchanges, or chargebacks are permitted once a purchase has been completed.

Pricing & Payment Policy

Effective April 1st, all subscription-based payments are due on the 1st of each month with no exceptions.
A 10% late fee is applied to any payment not received by the 5th of the month.
Payment processing fees are subject to change and may be reflected in updated pricing.
Clients are responsible for managing and canceling their own subscriptions when applicable.
March payments will be prorated for clients whose usual draft date falls on or after the 10th.

Cancellation & Prepared Services Policy

Appointments and services that require advance preparation, including but not limited to numerology sessions, birth chart readings, and class sessions, are subject to a 50% cancellation fee if canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. This fee compensates for preparation time, energetic labor, and materials already invested.

No-shows for any prepared service are charged 100% of the session fee.
All cancellation and preparation fees are non-refundable.

Subscription Policy

Subscription cancellations must be submitted at least 5 days before the scheduled draft date. If cancellation is not completed within this timeframe, the upcoming charge will be processed in full and considered final with no refunds.

Product Use & Safety

All products sold by Witch Bitch Tarot L.L.C. are intended for ritual, decorative, and spiritual use only. Products are not for ingestion unless explicitly labeled as food-grade.

If you use products involving fire such as candles, incense, or burning herbs, you agree to practice proper fire safety and never leave flames unattended. Witch Bitch Tarot L.L.C. is not responsible for any damages, injuries, or losses resulting from improper product use.
